We are happy to take your orders through the website or over the phone whichever is best for you. We will charge your credit card at the time your order ships. Most orders ship within a few days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Dragonflydrygoods.com you may return it for an exchange, store credit or refund, as long as the return is post-marked within 10 days of the original purchase date. There are exceptions to this policy. Please take note below. You must request a return authorization number when returning items. Please write this authorization number on your package. We will not accept returns without a correct authorization number. Please email us to get your authorization number. Items must be in their original condition, and in the original unopened packaging. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
We do make exceptions to our return policy for HOLIDAY purchases. Holiday apparel purchases may be exchanged for a different size. Please make the requested size change before January 9th.
Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy:
- Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable.
- Fermob cancellations and returns incur a 30% restocking fee. If your Fermob shipped to you for free, your return transaction will also include the actual cost of having shipped the item to you.
- Discounted, seasonal and food items are final purchases.
- Returned rugs larger than 5 x 8 require a 15% restocking fee. We recommend that you order a 2 x 3 rug to check for color and pattern before investing in a very large rug. If you exchange the small rug for the larger one, we will credit your account the original shipping charge. We will arrange pickup for the small rug - just call us to arrange it.
We occasionally offer free shipping on some of our items. If you return one of these items, you will receive a store credit, or refund, for the amount of the purchase minus the shipping charge you would have been charged had you not received free shipping. Occasionally, we will be unable to provide free shipping if a conflict arises regarding an error on the website. If this is ever the case, we will alert you while processing your order and ask whether you would like to proceed with the order. Please note that free shipping does not apply to orders sent 2nd day air, or any other special shipping requests.

We are not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost when you send them back for a return or exchange. It is your responsibility to submit claims regarding lost or damaged shipments. Thus we highly recommend that you send your packages by insured UPS or Fed Ex.

Secure Checkout information
Gift Certificates are available for purchase. Unfortunately, since our site is in its infancy, we are unable to have Gift Certificates redeemed on the site. However, gift certificate recipients can look at the site and call us to redeem the gift certificate. We wrap gift certificates in our signature box with a ribbon. A gift message can be included. You can purchase a Gift Certificate online or order one by calling us at 802-387-8700.
Complimentary Gift Wrapping
We offer complimentary gift wrapping. We use our signature egg blue box with a grosgrain ribbon for most items. Some items, obviously, are too big or awkward to be gift wrapped. However, we do our best with most items. Please let us know if you have special wrapping requests, or if you want a note sent with your gift. Some of our items are dropped shipped from our vendors. These items cannot be gift wrapped.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We can easily ship to more than one address, and often send gift packages for customers. Our packing slips do not include pricing.

Sales tax is charged on all purchases delivered within Vermont. No sales tax is charged on purchases delivered to other locations.
We welcome Visa, MasterCard, and American Express on the website. If you wish to pay by check or money order, you can either call or email us to let us know what you would like to purchase. Most orders are shipped from Outney, Vermont. We ship USPS, UPS or FEDEX to destinations in the continental USA. For shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii we use the US Postal Service. Additional shipping charges will apply, and will not appear in your cart at the time of placing your order.

Shipping costs within the United States are based on your total order cost, as shown below, with the exception of special items. Some items have additional shipping charges due to size, weight or special handling requirements. These charges are noted on the page where your item is displayed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Please contact us for rates outside the United States. These rates will be higher than those listed in your shopping cart and will be added on after getting your approval for the shipping costs. International shipments are charged at cost with a $2.00 handling fee. Free shipping is not available outside of the United States. Please note that we are not responsible for any duty charges.

Currently we offer FREE Shipping on all Pine Cone Hill, Dash & Albert and Fermob! This does not apply to international shipments, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.
Please note that some items (like rugs) have a surcharge due to the size or bulk of an item. This surcharge is noted on the items page. The extra shipping charges will not be added in your cart, but will be charged you your credit card at the time of shipment.
Each domestic address we ship to will require a separate shipping and processing charge.

Yes! we do fill international orders. Pricing for International orders is calculated based upon order weight and destination. This value is calculated after we receive the order, and will not be added to your invoice during checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any duty charges.

Online orders may be held for a specific ship day if you contact us immediately upon placing the order with an email or a phone call. If you send us an email, you will need to get an email back confirming that we received your request.
